Another day, another death hoax for Lil’ Wayne. The singer apparently overdosed on PHP, claimed some Twitter followers — except they were linking to another hoax from 2011.
There must be something about Lil’ Wayne that makes him so prone to the death hoaxes. Twitter and Facebook alike went crazy on Dec. 27, thinking that the rapper had died.

Lil’ Wayne’s Health Problems
While it is all a hoax, we know that Weezy does have some health issues.
âThe bad news is Iâm an epileptic, Iâm prone to seizures,â Lil Wayne revealed to Power 106 on March 28, 2013, after scaring fans when he landed in the hospital. “Like, this isnât my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure.”
He went on to say he’s suffered “a bunch of seizures.”
“Basically, I couldâve died, so that is why it was so serious,” he said. “But the reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself.”
Well, we’re glad he’s doing well!
