Although Tori is ‘devastated’ and ‘embarrassed’ by the report that her husband, Dean, allegedly cheated on her, the mother of four is not planning on leaving the troubled marriage anytime soon, according to one source.
Tori Spelling is weighing her options after a report surfaced on Dec. 24 that her husband, Dean McDermott, allegedly cheated on her with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand while in Canada. But while the couple have reportedly been fighting nonstop, Tori has no intention of filing for a divorce — at least not just yet.

Poor Tori! Even though the 40-year-old actress reportedly believes that Dean, 47, had an alleged affair with a younger woman, she is desperate to save her family and marriage.
“Their arguments have gotten really bad,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Tori went nuts and has been saying she may leave him.”
However, another insider maintains, “The marriage isn’t over yet.”

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Tori was spotted at Behihana Restaurant in Encino with her friend Mehran Farhat, and her four kids, Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 16  months – and her wedding ring was noticeably missing.
“When Tori came out of the restaurant she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers,” an eyewitness revealed to E! News. “She had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and she stayed tight-lipped when asked questions about Dean’s infidelity. Tori did not make eye contact with anyone and just stared ahead.”
