Zac was spotted at an LA Lakers game on Dec. 20 and he was in great spirits, proudly showing off his six months blue sober chip around his neck. We are so happy for him, especially since he just had his jaw wired shut after a horrible accident at his home.
Things are looking up for Zac Efron. The actor attended a Lakers game and sat courtside with his pals just before the Christmas holiday. The Neighbors star was dressed down but made sure to wear a blue chip around his neck, which is a symbol of six months sobriety in the Alcoholics Anonymous organization.

The High School Musical star looked to be in a great mood. This comes months after he admitted to going to rehab to get help for his addictions. Plus, on Nov. 11, Zac had his mouth wired shut after breaking his jaw outside his LA home.
Lily Collins Is Helping Zac Stay Clean & Sober
Zac spent a ton of time with his ex-girlfriend Lily Collins, 24, while trying to recover from his broken jaw.
“Lily is the perfect girl for Zac to be dating right now,” a source says. “She’s young, gorgeous and smart â€" but more than anything, she doesn’t drink or use drugs. Zac knows if he wants to save his career and his life, he needs to stay sober and it’s making his transition a lot easier to be dating someone like Lily.”
