Clare Kramer and her husband Brian Keathley welcomed their son Sky LynLee Keathley on Dec. 11. The couple, who wed in 2005, have two daughters and a son together: Gavin, 5; River, 3; and Hart, 19 months. The proud big brother and sisters looked so precious showing off their new brother in a fun family photo Clare shared.

You gotta love a Buffy baby! “Meet my new little man! He joined our gang at 8:13 am this morning [Dec. 11], right in time for the holidays,” Clare, 39, shared on Facebook, along with a cute photo of her newborn son cuddling up to her in the hospital bed.
Little Sky weighed in at 8 pounds, 11 ounces at birth, reported Us Weekly. His middle name is a touching tribute to dad Brian’s sister, who passed away in Sept. 2013. What a wonderful sentiment!
Clare Kramer Shares Pregnancy Food Cravings
During the final days of her pregnancy, Clare joked that her baby was craving tons of delicious foods – like Chinese food – and she was happy to indulge! “What can I say?! The baby really wanted @pickupstix!” Clare posted on a final food dash the day before she delivered Sky!
