Not again, Jenelle! The ‘Teen Mom 2′ star was arrested at her home on Dec. 14, just one week after announcing that she is pregnant with her second child. This time, Jenelle’s neighbors said she was having a very loud argument with her boyfriend, Nathan, and was disrupting the peace!
Jenelle Evans was arrested on Dec. 14 just after 5 p.m. after neighbors heard her fighting with her boyfriend — and father of her baby-to-be – Nathan Griffith.  She was charged with Breach of Peace by North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina police and taken to the station, where she was released on bail about an hour later.

“Jenelle must have gotten into a fight with her boyfriend, and locked him out of the house,” a neighbor told In Touch Weekly.
“He was banging on the door, and someone must’ve called the cops. They showed up soon after and Jenelle was originally hesitant to let them in,” said the source. “When she finally opened up, they went inside and next thing you know she was being brought out in handcuffs,” said the source.
“Jenelle got arrested because she was mouthy with the officer,” a source told HollywoodLife.com of the exchange. She was released on bond shortly after her booking.
Jenelle Evans Reacts To Her Arrest
This is far from Jenelle’s first arrest — it’s actually her third in 2013.  In April of 2013, Jenelle was arrested for heroin possession and domestic assault. In Aug., she was arrested again for failing a drug test that was part of her probation deal.
When she got home from the police station this time around, Jenelle immediately took to Twitter to relay her experience, and she definitely was not happy about her latest brush with the law:

“Dude u can say what u want. The cops r sooooo annoyed by my neighbor constantly calling the cops on our dog,” Jenelle later ranted about her troubles. “Went as far as my mom yelling at my neighbors if they don’t stop she will sue them. She did it to sell a story.”
