Justin Bieber Announces Retirement: Fans React On Twitter

Say it ain’t so! On Christmas Day, Justin dropped the bomb saying that he was “officially retiring,” and as you can imagine, Beliebers — and people everywhere — had no idea how to handle the news.

For some, Justin Bieber‘s Dec. 25 Twitter announcement that he was “officially retiring,” was a Christmas miracle. But for most fans – especially Beliebers — the shocking news was devastating, as if Christmas had been canceled.

Justin Bieber: ‘I’m Officially Retiring’

After rumors of Justin’s retirement swirled like a blizzard in early December, the singer confirmed them on Dec. 25 in a simple tweet:

Justin’s enormous announcement does coincide with the release of his second movie, Believe, so we’re still holding out hope that he’s just trying to drum up some last-minute publicity.
