Justin Bieber surprised his teenage fan Kate O’Neill with a tweet about her awesome story of recovery when he found out her gruesome injuries sustained in a car accident had her fighting for her life in a Melbourne, Australia hospital, but he didn’t stop there! Justin made sure to meet his fan club co-head, and give her the performance experience of a lifetime!

Justin Bieber Honors Injured Australian Teen
Kate broke four ribs, fractured  her spine in three places, and sustained internal bleeding and lacerations to her kidney and liver in a Nov. car accident. She had been saving her money to travel to meet Justin for months, but her injuries nearly dashed that dream! Justin’s music inspired Kate to grow stronger in her recovery, and her friends started a viral campaign to get Justin to notice her and hear her inspiring story!
We are thrilled that Kate got to meet Justin — and that he and his team went above and beyond to make her experience really special.
