Kelly Clarkson may have gotten her start on American Idol, but she proved she’s capable of dominating any competition show when she appeared on the Dec. 3 episode of NBC’s The Voice. Dressed in a glittery red ensemble, Kelly put all six of the show’s remaining contestants to shame with a flawless performance of her holiday single “Underneath The Tree.”
The single, which we’ve had stuck in our collective head ever since Kelly released Wrapped In Red a few months ago, sounded even better live. (We don’t mean to start a feud, but we’re thinking Mariah Carey‘s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” might have some competition on its hands!)
Kelly released her debut Christmas album Oct. 25 to rave reviews from fans and critics, alike, leading the disc to debut at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 Chart.
Kelly Clarkson Pregnant With Her First Child
This incredible performance notwithstanding, it seems like everything’s going right in Kelly’s life these days. Not only did she recently tie the knot with boyfriend — actually, make that husband – Brandon Blackstock on Oct. 20, but the “Since U Been Gone Singer” is also pregnant with her first baby!
Kelly broke the news herself less than a month after her wedding, tweeting:
I’m pregnant!!! Brandon and I are so excited! Best early Christmas present ever :)

The American Idol winner had previously said she was hoping to be with child by Christmas, so I guess she got her holiday wish!
A new album, a new husband and a new baby? Kelly’s going to be just fine.
