Kim Kardashian made a bold statement on the red carpet as she arrived for the 2013 Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment breakfast held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Dec. 11 in Beverly Hills, where the new mom stepped out in a vibrant, citrine hue. While the 33-year-old wears a lot of black and white, she opted for a bright pop of color on this occasion — and it really worked so well with her complexion.

Kim recently slipped back into a bikini to reveal her post-baby body, and she continues to flaunt her figure — this time, in satin! While we thought the dress was a sexy choice, she took the outfit a step further by pairing it with a matching coat in the same exact shade. While some stars might opt for more demure looks for morning affairs, Kim was ready for the red carpet, bright and early in her stunning ensemble.
The dress fit her figure perfectly and really enhanced her curves — it was so sexy the way the fabric skimmed over her figure. The dress was more conservative for the reality star, as the hemline hit below the knee and the top covered up her ample cleavage. She finished off the look with her hair parted to the side in soft, retro waves and a deep berry lip. Between her beauty look and the color of the dress, I thought Kim looked phenomenal — the hue lit up her entire face! Gold sandals completed the get-up. While I think the shoe was a smart choice as to not take away from the dress and coat, I can’t help but notice that Kim is really into sandals this fall. In fact, she even braved frigid temperatures in NYC in a pair.
