Just when we thought Lamar may have ruined his chances with the LA Clippers, HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY that he still has a shot of making the team — but probably not until 2014.

After a video of Lamar Odom rapping about drugs and women while seemingly under the influence surfaced on Nov. 22, a source told HollywoodLife.com that Lamar may have lost his shot at playing for the Clippers. But while Lamar has “a lot to prove” in order to make the team, the Clippers are not ruling him out as a potential player. Lamar Split From Khloe Over Alleged Drug Use

On Nov. 16, we reported EXCLUSIVELY that Lamar, 34, was set to return to the Clippers — as long as he kept his behavior in line. But when Lamar rebelled with his shocking video, things spiraled out of control in both his personal life and his professional life.

“Doc Rivers and the Clippers organization are still keeping Lamar in their thoughts to join the team but he is not a priority,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “There is no timetable to sign him but if it will happen it will happen next year because Lamar has to prove he won’t go off the wagon again like that latest video. Lamar has a lot to prove to make the team.”

Maybe giving Lamar some more time to get his act together won’t be such a bad thing.

Lamar’s video not only potentially damaged his career with the LA Clippers, but may have also hurt his relationship with wife Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe, 29, was not pleased when she saw Lamar’s video, calling it a “slap in the face,” another source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
