Paul Walker’s Burning Rubber & Doing Stunts Near Crash Scene
Police are citing offenders and impounding the vehicles of fans doing dangerous stunts, like burn-outs, donuts and other racing acts where Paul and Roger Rodas crashed in Santa Clarita, Calif., reports TMZ.
One of the outlet’s producers even witnessed people speeding at the crash site, burning rubber and peeling out to show their support for the actor and his race car driver friend. This is making a sad and dangerous situation even worse, since the drivers in question could potentially cause more deaths and car crashes in the area.
Paul Walker Was ’Not Drag Racingâ During Car Crash
âI want people to know that Paul and Roger were not drag racing. They were not doing donuts. Some people said they were drifting, which they werenât. They were not racing other cars,â Jim, 52, told HollywoodLife.com.
Jim went on to explain that the business partners left the event and said theyâd be back in five minutes. âThey were only driving for like five to six minutes when the car crashed, they didnât have enough time to be racing,â he continued. âPlus there were two highway patrol officers on site because there were so many high performance cars at the event.â
Hopefully, Paul’s fans will respect his memory by not trying to do dangerous stunts that weren’t attempted during his fatal car crash. Our thoughts go out to Paul and Roger’s friends and family.
