Robert Pattinson To Co-Star In New Film ‘The Childhood Of A Leader’

So exciting! One of our favorite actors, Robert Pattinson, is set to star in a new drama alongside Juliette Binoche and Tim Roth.

Robert Pattinson will be featured in the upcoming film The Childhood of a Leader, which will reportedly co-star Juliette Binoche and Tim Roth, according to our sister site Variety. The drama will be the directorial debut of actor Brady Corbet, who recently starred alongside Kristen Stewart in Sils Maria. We wonder if K-Stew recommended Rob for the role!

The Childhood of a Leader, which is about the coming of age of a post-World War I leader, is tentatively scheduled to start shooting in Europe in May. Rob, who will begin shooting his next movie, Queen of the Desert, in January, certainly has his work cut out for him with these serious films. We’re glad to see him exploring such intense roles!

Kristen & Rob Spotted Together Again

Fun fact: The Childhood of a Leader will be the second film that Rob, 27, and French actress Juliette, 49, have acted in together. The two co-starred in Cosmopolis in 2012. Juliette will also share the screen with Brady and her close friend Kristen in 2014′s Sils Maria. There are so many fun Rob and Kristen connections we can draw from this new film! We can’t wait to see it.

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart: Making Holiday Plans?

Rob has been in London since Dec. 2, and he plans on staying there until he has to start filming Queen of the Desert.

Rob must be getting lonely across the pond because when he found out that Kristen’s upcoming film Camp X-Ray had been accepted into the 2014 Sundance Film Festival, he used it as an excuse to call her and invite her overseas, a friend of Kristen’s told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

“Rob reached out to Kristen to congratulate her for Camp X-Ray being selected for Sundance. They talked for a while and by the end of the conversation he invited her to come see him in London,” the friend revealed.
