Lea Michele radiated on the red carpet at L’Oreal Paris’ Women of Worth 2013 event at The Pierre in NYC on Dec. 3, where the 27-year-old star sparkled in a more demure look for the occasion — yet it was so perfect for this time of year!

The brunette beauty, who often dresses oh-so-sexy on the red carpet, selected a more conservative ensemble on the occasion — but it was so appropriate and chic! Although the look featured a more modest silhouette, (including a hemline that extended past her knees), however, the sparkling, sheer fabric allowed a hint of her black bandeau to peek through, adding a sultry vibe to the ensemble.
Lea stood out in her embellished Dolce & Gabbana dress at the event, which she paired with black patent leather pumps and a navy clutch. Since the detailing of the dress is so intricate, the star was smart to wear her hair back to keep the focus on the frock — and her best accessory was definitely her date of the night, as the star arrived at the event with her mom! Aww.
