It is definitely a super emotional time for the friends and family of Paul Walker. His friend and co-star Tyrese took to Instagram to remember some of the best memories he had with Paul, including a video from his last birthday.
Tyrese Gibson is mourning the death of Paul Walker after he died in a fiery car crash on Nov. 30. We’re so thankful that he’s sharing his memories of the late actor with all of us. He posted a photo of their last, sweet, text messages as well as a cute video from Paul’s 40th birthday, which took place on Sept. 12.

After learning the news, Tyrese posted a photo of him with Paul, captioning it:
My heart is hurting so bad no one can make me believe this is real Father God I pray that you send clarity over this cause I just don’t understand My heart hurts it’s broken no one can convince me that this is real…. Prayer warriors please pray real hard for his only child, his daughter and family…#HeartOfAnAngel13YrsFamilyForeverWeJustCelebreatedYour40thBirthday….. My God… My God… I can’t believe I’m writing this.
It is extremely tragic. He then shared his last text messages with Paul, which showed Tyrese saying “I love you and I’m thankful and appreciate the love and hugs that never stop… Happy thanksgiving to my family,” with Paul’s response, “Hahaah xoxo.”
Paul Walker’s Birthday: Tyrese Shares Sweet Video
The most bittersweet message he shared was a video from Paul’s 40th birthday, which showed a group of their friends celebrating his big day, including their co-star Vin Diesel.
“Not just a family on camera were a real family#WeJustCelebratedHis40th Pray for his daughter and family and closest friends please this hurts#RIHAW ( Rest in HEAVEN Angel Walker ) Stay strong #FastFamily #MyLastPost,” he captioned the fun video, which showed Paul blowing out the candles on cupcakes and hugging Vin. So sweet!
