Enrique Iglesias kicked off the finale episode of Dancing With The Stars on Nov. 26 with his performance of “Heart Attack.” It was a fun and emotional night of live music and dancing, plus the ultimate result. So who won Dancing With The Stars? See the big winner below!
‘Dancing With The Stars’ Finale — All The Couples Return To The Dance Floor
First, Amber Riley and Derek Hough danced their freestyle from the Nov. 25 episode in the encore dance. It was amazing…again!
After some memorable moments from the season, Ylvis performed their hit “What Does The Fox Say?”
Then Bill Nye & Tyne Stecklein and Elizabeth Berkley & Val Chmerkovsky performed memorable dances from earlier in the season.
After another emotional montage, Christina & Mark and Peta & Brant returned to the dance floor as well!
Then Valerie Harper took the floor with Tristan MacManus while Colbie Caillat sang “What A Wonderful World.”
“This final dance will be a big thank you to everyone for their support, their love, their concern. I just want to be fully present and savor every moment,” Valerie said while rehearsing.
Snooki & Sasha killed their encore of “Work Bitch” by Britney Spears, before Lady Antebellum rocked the house with their new single!
Leah & Tony did an encore of their “badass proper tango.” Then Bill & Emma did a super fun samba!
The 24 Hour Fusion Dances
The top three couples had just 24 hours to prepare and rehearse a fusion of two dances for the finale show.
Up first, Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff danced a cha cha and foxtrot fusion. “That first section was fantastic,” Len Goodman said, but mentioned they messed it up a bit at the end. Bruno Tonioli agreed that he went wrong in the cha cha section. Carrie Ann Inaba said she has love and respect for the couple. They got a 27!
Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke danced a paso doble and salsa fusion. “Wonderful fusion of two very different dances,” Bruno raved! “You were a bit flat footed on the salsa,” Carrie Ann said. “Of all our celebrities, you have given me the most pleasure to watch. You had no training. The others have climbed hills, you’ve climbed a mountain,” Len said. They got a 27!
Amber and Derek did a samba and quickstep fusion. “You guys just created a whole new dance! Seamlessly and effortlessly! Well done,” raved Carrie Ann. Len said: “I have never lost the thought of the joy I get from watching you. You are absolutely bedazzling. You, my little sausage, are a fantastic dancer.” They got a 30!
The Final Results
First, it was revealed that Jack & Cheryl got third place. In the end, Amber & Derek were the winners! (I predicted this earlier today!)
“I did this competition because I didn’t know if I could do it. I want to do things that scare me. I want to let women of all sizes know, you can do whatever you put your mind to. It doesn’t matter what size you are, what color you are, you can do whatever you want!” Amber said to all her fans.
Corbin said: “I thank God for this experience, I thank my family, I thank my best partner in the world [Karina], and honestly, I came here and did exactly what I wanted to do. I had a blast.”
