Kylie Jenner In Kardashian Christmas Card 2013 — Her Hair & Makeup Look
Kylie’s posing in a black velvet dress in the pic. She’s wearing a Philip Treacy hat, a London designer who works frequently with the Royal Family.
Under the hat, her ombre hair is pin straight. Her eyes are lined in a cat eye shape, with liner extending towards her brows. She has a set of false lashes on, which make her eyes look huge and beautiful.
She’s rocking a deep blush and bronzer to contour her face and expose her cheekbones. On her lips, she’s wearing a very subtle pink shade with not a lot of shine.
