Chris feels the LA County DA’s office is out to get him and he’s “terrified” that he may be sentenced to jail, his friend tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Here’s what we’ve uncovered.
Chris Brown avoided a jail sentence once again on Nov. 20, when he was ordered to spend 90 days in live-in anger management rehab. But the X artist is still “terrified” that the judge will revoke his probation in the Rihanna assault case and put him behind bars, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Read on for all the details.
Chris Brown Going To Jail? — ‘Terrified’ He May Get Sent To The Slammer
Chris, 24, was back in court again on Nov. 20 after he was reportedly kicked out of rehab for a throwing a rock at his mom’s car when she came to visit him for a family session, according to TMZ.
But the singer is adamant that he did not have a violent outburst in the rehabilitation center where he was being treated for anger management.
“He voluntarily put himself in rehab so why would he then go and get crazy and f**k the place up? That doesn’t make any type of sense,” a source close to Chris tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. ”He wasn’t happy going there but he knew in the back of his mind this was something that needed to happen. He didn’t throw s**t and cause problems. He already knows he’s on thin ice and would not jeopardize his life like that.”
Chris Brown Is ‘Not Prepared’ For Jail
Chris may have avoided jail this time, but the judge still wants a report on Chris’ criminal assault case against Isaac Adams Parker, whom he allegedly punched in the face. This case could lead to Chrisâ probation in the Rihanna case being revoked â" which could mean jail time.
And this time around, we’re told Chris is really scared of that outcome.
“That’s a reality and he already knows the deck is stacked against him and they’re looking for anything, any tiny little thing to lock him up,” the source says. “If they want to play games with him and his life and mess with him like that, man, that would be all bad.”
“The homie is not prepared for jail,” the source adds. “He would not last a week in there. That’s a fu**ed up place.”
We reached out to Chris’ rep for comment but emails were not immediately returned.
