Jennifer revealed on the ‘Late Show With David Letterman’ why she wasn’t feeling great before the ‘Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ premiere in LA on Nov. 18 — and her reason isn’t pretty!

True to the actress’ candid way of speaking, she didn’t hold back at all about her bodily ailments!

“I had this really bad pain for three weeks, and you can only s**t your pants so many times before you have to go to the emergency room,” Jen told David Letterman on Nov. 20. Yikes, poor Jen!

She also revealed that she had an endoscopic ultrasound at the hospital so doctors could check out her internal organs. When she was put to sleep, she had crazy dreams about nuclear bombs, the Kardashians and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – it’s truly never a dull moment in Jen’s life!

Jennifer Lawrence Pushed Back TV Appearances Because Of Stomach Pains

Jen, 23, was set to head to NYC for an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman on Nov. 19 and Live with Kelly & Michael and Good Morning America on Nov. 20, but both were pushed to a day later because of her stomach pains.

“One of the film producers threw a party at his place last night and it was the topic of discussion,” a source told NYDailyNews. However, Jen wasn’t feeling good enough to attend.

We’re so glad she’s feeling better now — and if anyone can pull off stomach pains wearing a stunning Christian Dior gown, it’s Jen!
