The songstress rocked a very revealing get-up that was so high-cut while she closed the American Music Awards with an emotional performance of “Wrecking Ball” — what did you think of her really revealing cat outfit? VOTE.
Leave it to Miley Cyrus to incorporate an adorable giant kitten, (that just so happened to be singing along to “Wrecking Ball” while also floating behind in space), during her emotional performance that closed the 2013 American Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in LA on Nov. 24. The songstress took it a step further and actually rocked the cat theme from head-to-toe. Sure,she opted for a more demure look, (well, for Miley at least), on the red carpet when she donned white trousers and a plunging jacket, it wasn’t long before she slipped into a very leggy get-up — we’re even a little surprised she managed to avoid a wardrobe malfunction given the severe cut of the bottoms!
Miley Cyrus’ AMAs Performance Outfit:
Miley’s toned figure was on full display during her performance as she belted out the touching song in a cropped halter top that featured the same cat design as her itty bitty bottoms. She finished off the look with a peep-toe pair of ankle-strap platform pumps that featured the same design as her outfit. We’re used to seeing Miley layer on a lot of gold chains, but on this occasion she rocked larger than life lucite bangles and matching hoops that were so big they practically touched her shoulders!
Sticking to the same beauty routine from the red carpet, Miley rocked very little makeup, (save for her fluttering, luscious lashes), which kept the focus on the interesting performance she deilvered.
Miley’s red carpet look would win hands down next to her performance outfit, but I wasn’t surprised to see the star in the high-cut bodysuit at all! I kinda enjoyed the cat theme, but what do you think? Did you like her interesting performance or do you think it was a little too over-the-top?
