North West Starting To Say First Words At Only 5 Months Old

Nori’s adorable coos and babbles are quickly turning into her very first words! Kimye’s little girl already has so much to say that she is expressing her first words and responding to specific sounds, like her name!

North West is growing up so fast! At just 5 months old, she is already starting to form her first words and is showing skillful advancements. The age-old question is on: will she say “mama” for Kim Kardashian or make Kanye West the proudest dad ever by saying ”dada” first?

Nori is developing so quickly that she already responds to her name and tries to form words! “She totally knows her own name and she says ‘bah bah,’” a source close to the family told OK! Magazine. “The bet on which she’ll say first, mama or dada, is still on.”

Forming words isn’t the only way North is making impressive advancements for her age. “Nori can sit up for three seconds at a time now without anyone holding her,” the source added. “She can also hold her own bottle or sippy cup — and her grip is fierce.”

North’s strength is no joke! “She grabs your finger and squeezes — it’s like she’s on a mission to pull your finger off and keep it,” the source explained.

North West’s Adorable Expressions

North has been trying to express herself since she was born! “She has these big eyes that just open wide and look around like, ‘I want to say something!’ She wants to talk so badly and she can’t so she makes these big expressions with her eyes,” an insider told E! News in Sept. 2013. Now those pensive looks are starting to turn into bits of words!
