Fans are extremely upset about the death of a beloved Griffin family member on ‘Family Guy’ — and they’re not just sitting back and waiting for change. They’re trying to bring him back!
On Change.org, more than 28,000 fans have signed a petition for Fox to bring back Brian Griffin on Family Guy, who was killed off after being tragically hit by a car on the Nov. 24 episode.
‘Family Guy’: Fans Petition To Bring Back Brian
Supporters aren’t only complaining about the death of Brian, but they’ve taken action into their own hands. A viewer from Alabama created a petition for fans to sign to try and get Family Guy to revive Brian. The petition reads:
Brian Griffin was an important part of our viewing experience. He added a witty and sophisticated element to the show. Family Guy and Fox Broadcasting will lose viewers if Brian Griffin is not brought back to the show. Follow us here for updates.
The writers of family guy didn’t just kill off one of their creations, they killed off the dog who has lived in our homes for the last 15 years. They killed the dog we all have come to love. They killed America’s dog!
Who’s to say if signatures will do anything, but it does show just how upset people are!

However, the return of Brian doesn’t look good. As you know, the singing family will get a new dog, Vinnie.
“Former Sopranos star Tony Sirico will be voicing Vinnie,” Tony’s rep told TMZ. They also added that Vinnie will star in at least six episodes, with more likely to come.
